Rosemary-Lemon-Pineapple Punch

This is so refreshing on these hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 46-oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 1-1/2 c. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 2 c. water
- 4 or 5 fresh rosemary springs, gently crushed
- 1 ltr. ginger ale, chilled
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except ginger ale, in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat,cover, and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Remove rosemary and chill mixture.
- When ready to serve, add chilled ginger ale and stir to blend.
- Garnish servings with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired.
- Serves approximately 12.
